About Michelle Zender

I am a multifaceted creative, at my core what I love is storytelling. My first love being reading and writing, I spent most of my childhood with my nose in a book and writing about far off lands. Then I found acting, spending all of my years in school dedicated to theater. It wasn't until my freshmen year of college when I took a 101 film course I discovered a passion for the collaborative art of filmmaking. In a short film class I was assigned to be a production designer and costume designer for a coming of age film about a washed up child star called "Harper's World". I found it came so naturally to me, I immediately had a clear vision of how I wanted the character and the world to look and obsessed with making it come to life.
